If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.
Rayman Light will cover the full cost of your 1st return label. The customer is responsible for any additional return labels.
For Returns
1. Request a return by Contacting our Customer Support Team within 30 days of purchase.
2. Once approved, Cedar Hill will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Rayman customer service will provide you with our delivery address.
4. Once your return is received, your refund will be credited to your original paymen method within 3-5 business days.
For Damaged or Defective Items
Rayman Light will gladly replace and or refund any defective or damaged items at no cost to you. Please complete our Warranty Claim form and a specialist will reply promptly.
